RTN Media on Our Okanagan:

RTN Media is the Okanagan’s newest, award-winning media. 

RTN broadcasts 24 hours a day on a designated channel in Okanagan hotels, resorts, and businesses:

1) Resort Television Network: informative and entertaining, Resort TV is a locally-produced and hosted television program that promotes the Okanagan (tourism and businesses) via 2000+ hotel rooms on Channel 10.

2) RTown Network: digital signage broadcast (HD TV's) in local venues such as gyms, coffee shops, grocery stores, pubs, and sports facilities.

Resort TV and RTown Networks are designed as guides, leading viewers through the complete "local" experience: live weather, current mountain conditions, daily events and activities, entertainment and dining guides, as well as advertisements designed to promote the community and local businesses. RTN broadcasts via the internet at each location and utilizes multi-media similar to that used by CNN and SportsNet, so that it can simultaneously air numerous types of information at once.

RTN currently operates 40 broadcast locations thoughout the Okanagan Valley: average monthly traffic/distribution through these locations = 600,000+ people.

RTN’s programming provides all businesses with a televised medium to promote their products or services directly to a targeted, receptive, and affluent audience at a cost that is more affordable and effective than the traditional services of mainstream media. Our unending focus is to deliver great advertising value and a positive return on investment for our customers.

We are also proud of our commitment to being environmentally responsible. We are a paperless media that reduces our clients’ dependency on chemical dyes, paper products, and delivery vehicles in the distribution of their marketing materials. As well, part of our broadcast in local hotels includes messaging that promotes local environmental programs.
