Highlands Children's Centre is a locally and privately owned and operated childcare / education facility located in Kelowna.

At HCC we are determined to make a psotive difference in the lives of the children entrusted to us, providing the care and developmental opportunities you want your child to receive. We believe in providing opportunities for children to explore their uniqueness and develop their talents.

We focus on developing the self-confidence to freely and respectfully express thoughts through art, drama, music and speech. We reach out to our community for talent, such as storytelling, languages, physical activity, entertainment, naturalists and emergency services people, both at the Centre and through field trips.

We build on our own unique talents and strengths to develop programs that explore a child's hidden or undeveloped talents. We emphasize respect in social interaction while learning to develop empathy for others, and above all, have fun while doing it, as evidenced by the children who don't want to go home at the end of the day. A pleasant dilemma for our parents!

Highlands Children's Centre is located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Kelowna General Hospital and Okanagan College, with easy access to main streets and the business community. Extensive resources of equipment, toys and supplies allow for many and varied opportunities for personal expression and socialization. Our facility includes an awesome outdoor play area with a challenging adventure playground, covered play areas, a small stage for dancing and singing, a sports and riding area, and is within close walking distance to several parks.
