Winemaker Gavin Miller believes great wine is grown in the vineyard and their vines are meticulously farmed without the use of chemicals or pesticides. This velvety semi-soft, surface ripened blue with veining through out is a bold, full-flavoured cheese with delightful hints of apple and pear. Pairs confidently with Merlot.

This strong and salty, yet extremely creamy blue is surface ripened with a go big or go home kind of attitude.

This silky, aromatic cheese is brine washed at 7% and its smooth buttery flavour can only be compared to the brightness of the Okanagan’s sun (and it’s square).

Upper Bench U&BrieUpper Bench U&Brie

This brie is made in an elegant ten inch disc shape and is covered in a fine white bloomy rind. Our buttery brie’s texture becomes creamier as it ripens. U&Brie is perfect for the dessert plate and pairs perfectly with our 2012 Rosé for a savoury version of strawberries and cream.

Servers wanted for busy winery patio located in Penticton at the beginning of the Naramata Bench. Upper Bench Estate Winery & Creamery is seeking qualified, experienced servers for our busy patio which is adjacent to our winery. The selected applicant will have: • Strong sales and customer service skills. • Previous serving experience (winery restaurant experience would be an asset but not required) • Ability to work flexible hours; evenings and weekends. • Wine knowledge an asset.
