Sun n' Sup on Our Okanagan:

Sun n' Sup offers sales, lessons, tours and rentals in stand up paddle boarding. We have a great selection of SUP boards for the beginner to the advanced paddler. Our focus is fun and getting everyone infected with SUP fever. Get stand up paddling faster & easier with a lesson. You will learn all the basics & more, depending our your ability. Our rentals boards are big and very bouyant making it easier to learn. We offer SUP demo's througout the summer if you are ready to purchase your first board. Our shop is situated in an old gas station, very funky with roll up garage doors. Definately a surf beach vibe going on. Why paddle in Naramata? A drive along the Naramata road past award winning wineries, fantastic restaurants, incredible vistas and you come to the Village of Naramata. Perfect for stand up paddling. The triangular shape with its apex in the lake gives you two protected bays. North or south wind there is always a calm bay to paddle in and with less boat and jet ski traffic, Naramata is a much more desirable location. With a little experience under your belt, you can venture out and join us for a guided SUP tour. Sun n' Sup runs paddleboarding tours throughout the many lakes and rivers of the South Okanagan. We specialize in small groups focusing on the whole paddleboarding experience. SUP is the best way to explore the beautiful waterways of the Okanagan.
