Hello everyone,

My name is Matt Clarke and I am the head coach of Okanagan Freestyle Fencing. I have been a fencer since 1997 and have competed in many tournaments and am now concentrating on coaching the Okanagan Freestyle Fencing  club, established in 2008.

Okanagan Freestyle Fencing would like to present the opportunity for anyone the to try fencing.  It is a dynamic sport fit for people of any age or gender.  Training as a fencer will benefit you by

  • Getting a healthy dose of cardio exercise
  • Improving balance and hand - eye coordination
  • Meeting new people and trying something new
  • Improving mental aspects of your life

Mondays 6:30-8:30 Hillview Elementary

Wednesdays 5:45-7:45 Harwoood Elementary

 

Kelowna

Tuesdays 6:30-8:30 Martin Community Center Boys and girls club

 

Armstrong / Lake Country / Kelowna /Vernon

Seasonal classes are offered through the the Parks and Recreational Leisure guides
