It is my job to remove as much of the `homebuyer stress` as possible.  I started my business with TD by asking myself `what part of the home buying experience did I not like and what would I wish were different` and I apply my business philosophies around meeting all of my own high expectations.

  1. I always answer my phone when I can.  If I cannot, I will always answer a left message within an hour, even if only to let you know when I can call back with more time.
  2. I follow up with my clients daily, even if I don`t have any news for them yet.  This simple task removes much frustration as I understand that people dislike waiting for an approval.
  3. I look at every possible scenario to obtain an approval.  If I cannot secure an approval, I will either have additional options for you or a clear action plan as to what needs to be done in order for me to give you that approval.
  4. I don`t waste your time.  It takes 5 minutes to make a phone call, so your file never sits on my desk doing nothing.  As a result, turn around time is very quick and I receive many calls from buyers or Realtors where closing date is less than a week.
  5. I am knowledgable.  I take great pride in being able to answer all of your mortgage questions to your satisfaction. 
  6. I am your Bank Liason.  I have tied myself closely with all aspects and divisions of the bank.  When your mortgage closes, our relationship has just begun.  If you are interested in investing, or are seeking a business line of credit, etc, you can call on me and trust that I will pair you with the most capable people to assist in your request.  I will have that person call you so that you know when they are speaking with you that they have set the time aside to proerly deal with your request and you are not wasting time leaving messages.
  7. I give second opinions and ensure pre-approvals from other institutions are solid.  Realtors will tell you all the time of occurances where someone thought they were approved and in the 11th hour the mortgage falls apart because the due dilligence was not done to ensure a solid and binding pre-approval. Even if you are approved through a different bank, call me and give me a chance to ensure you are being given the best rate available and that your existing approval is binding.  Having the assurance that you are at the best rate is paramount because if you are not, this simple phone call could save you thousands if I can negotiate a better interest rate.
  8. My services are free and NEVER cost you a dime, regardless of how complicated your mortgage is.
