HypnoBirthing ~ The Mongan Method

For a Safer, easier, more comfortable birthing!

HypnoBirthing® teaches you to release all prior programming about birth, how to trust your
body and work with it using special breathing techniques, as well as how to
free yourself of harmful emotions that lead to pain-causing fear and unyielding
muscles. 

Course Highlights:

· How the mind and emotions affect the body

· Why labour hurts and why it doesn’t have to

· Releasing fear, the enemy of labour

· Preparing your mind and body for birthing      

· Avoiding artificial induction and episiotomy

· Developing ultimate-depth relaxation      

· Understanding the stages of labour

. Preparing your Birth Plan

·Tapping Nature’s own relaxant - endorphins

· Breathing your baby down for birth

Note: Each class is 2.5-3hrs long, with the exception of the 3rd date in any series, where we will have two classes with a break inbetween (6rs tuition with 1hr break)

Course Fee:

Group: $375 per couple, includes you, your birthing companion (spouse/partner) and an additional birthing companion if you have one (doula, mother, sister, friend).  The fee also includes your HypnoBirthing book, relaxation cds and many class handouts.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited.  Payment of $100 deposit is required and secures your space in class, and then you will also be provided with your book and cds so you can get started reading and relaxing.

Private Tuition: is available for those of you with tricky schedules.  Fee: $475
