Bellmann Specialty Produce on Our Okanagan:

Brad and Jen Bellmann started Bellmann Specialty Produce in May of 2005.  Jen has extensive hospitality background and education and Brad is a Red Seal Chef.

Our focus is on filling a need for high end produce that is unique in flavor and eye appeal. We do not grow for volume or yield; rather, we grow for quality as there is an optimum window to harvest great vegetables. A large part of the difference here at Bellmann is our background in culinary-we understand how quality and consistency impacts our customers.

This was a natural progression for us. We’ve always had a passion for the ingredients we’ve used and saw a niche for fresh produce that looks as great as it tastes.  What could be fresher than the product that is at our back doors in BC?  With our culinary background, we understand the quality and value our customers are looking for.  In culinary you learn that if it looks great, it will taste great-we eat with our eyes first.  We will not compromise on the appearance and unique flavors of our produce.  There will always be a niche for quality and we strive for this every time.  We are proudly 100% family owned and operated and offer the best of what the seasons have to right here in BC!
