What We Offer

Consulting

  • to aid seniors/older adults, who are needing or wanting to move into a facility
  • taking the individual to the facilities that best suit their needs
  • empower and support them in their decision
  • help with the transition of moving to the facility of choice
  • offer resources and guides to aid in the move inorder to alleviate some of the stressors associated with moving

Counselling

  • counselling of individuals or couples
  • offering a non judgemental, confidential, safe environment
  • empowering people to come to their own solutions
  • Aid people who are feeling suicidal, depressed, anxious, having relationship difficulties, experienced or experiencing abuse

Free 15 minute meet and greet. This will give the individual time to see if I am someone they feel comfortable with.  If so then we can book their first appointment.  If not then I can offer other referrals to someone they may feel comfortable with. 

Kelly has been a member of the Canadian Professional Counselling Association since 2004 and has over 5 yrs experience in dealing with people in Crisis, suicidal and offering support.  She has also been part of the North Okanagan Community Response Network (NOCRN) since 2005 and in 2010 has became the NOCRN Coordinator.
