1.  Create an Account

Your information is confidential and secure. Click here for a detailed User Guide that includes help on creating an account.

  • Create your username/password (these are case sensitive to the original information you provide).
  • Click Submit.
  • Check your email for notification (Note: be sure to check your Junk folder as the verfiication email may be filtered by your security settings).
  • Click on the link in your notification email within two (2) hours (you can create your business profile at any time after your username and password have been verified.

Already registered but forgot your password?  Click on the "forgot password" link at the top of the page.  A new password will be sent to you and you can personalize the new password provided. 


 2.  Add Your Business Profile

Once you have received and activiated your username and password, you can create a business profile at any time.

  • Log in through the top of the page using your username and password.
  • You can create more than one business under your account.
  • Refer to the Business Profile checklist in the User Guide to make sure your profile is complete.
  • Check out the help buttons provided for your guidance.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your business profile will not automatically be live.  Once created, your profile will be submitted for verification and this process can take up to 1 or 2 business days.

You can also create administrator access that provides others with access to edit your business profile.  For more information about creating an administrator, check the User Guide.

Account Form

Do you already have an account? Login at the top of the page

 

Full name:*  Enter your first and last name or the business name. This will be the name of the account holder. The full name must be at least four (4) characters long and may not contain the apostrophies or quotation symbols.
Email address:*  Enter your email address. Our Okanagan will send notice of account verification to this email address.
   
User name:*  Enter a user name you will use to sign in to your account. The user name must be at least 4 characters. This name may not contain apostrophies or quotation symbols.
Password:*  Enter a password that you will use to sign in to your account. Your password must be at least 8 characters and will be case sensitive for your log in.
Confirm password:*  Re-enter the same password you selected as noted above for verification. This password is case sensitive.
   
Security Code:* If you have trouble reading the code, click on the code itself to generate a new random code.  Enter the security code shown in the box. This feature helps prevent automated programs from creating accounts and sending spam.
